How to transform stress into creative energy

Updated: Oct 12

Stress requires a huge amount of energy, wasted energy because it affects our health and makes us not able to do anything productive. Because stress is energy, negative energy but still it is energy concentrated, that energy can be channeled to creative thinking or doing.

So, how to go about it? First, we need to start by asking ourselves what is the problem that is the root of our stress, sometimes are many things, but we can focus on one thing at a time. The point is, that we cannot find solutions to stress triggers if we do not know what is causing our stress, and what is the real problem. Once the real problem is identified we are on the road to fixing it. Sometimes we think the problem is one thing but in the end, it is another.

A way to pinpoint the issue is by writing down a list of things that disturbs you, then choosing one item and asking yourself, why? What? How? Then you will start understanding the root of the issue. Once you can identify the root of the issue it is much easier to find a solution.

The next step is to write down many options you find to solve that particular issue. And guess what, try all of them if you can! Or if you try one of them it is a step forward to transforming stress into creative energy. Creative energy is the energy to find many possible solutions to a problem. This way your wasted energy towards stress will be channeled to creative ways for solutions and execute them. You will see how much more creative you are than you thought.
