First, technology changed our world; now, big data, robots, and satellites are traveling in space around our planet. Our minds are working at a faster speed than ever before. We never experience an epidemic of depression and emotional disorders. Parents are having a hard time understanding their children because of a gap that technology is causing between generations. Our lifestyle is becoming increasingly further from our human nature. Human nature has the ability to adapt, but to what extent will nature be able to sustain this robotic development without interrupting the natural rhythm of life?

This situation goes against our nature, we are developing obesity as never before, having eye problems, and temper issues. How can we absorb so much information? Is too much! We need to create a quiet inner space where we can stay focused in our hearts, otherwise, we will turn into robots, emotionless, ignorant of our ability to connect with what makes us human.
